This service is an optional add-on for customers who have purchased one of our Website Templates on Etsy. It is designed to help you set up your site on GitHub and Netlify, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Cost:
The Website Setup Service is priced at $20 AUD.
What you will need:
- GitHub Account: To manage the template repository.
- Netlify Account: To host your website.
- Custom Domain Account: Access to your domain provider to configure your custom domain settings.
- WhatsApp: For secure communication and sharing of two-factor authentication (2FA) codes during the setup.
What the sercive includes:
- Linking your GitHub and Netlify accounts.
- Deploying your website template to Netlify.
- Configuring basic settings to get your website live.
- Setting up your custom domain.
How it Works

Provide Account Access: You will need to grant me temporary access to the following accounts:
- GitHub: To upload and manage the template repository.
- Netlify: To host your site.
- Domain Provider: To configure your custom domain settings.
During setup, you’ll also need to be available via WhatsApp to send me the two-factor authentication (2FA) codes when prompted.
- Payment and Confirmation: Once you’ve submitted the booking form, you will receive an invoice for $20 AUD. After payment is confirmed, I’ll send you a message on WhatsApp to begin the process.
- Setup Timeline: The setup will be completed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
- Post-Setup Requirement: After the setup is finished, you are required to change your passwords for security purposes.
How to Book:
- Visit the Service Info Page on my website.
- Fill out the form, including your Etsy Order Number for the template you purchased.
- After submitting the form, you’ll receive an invoice and a WhatsApp confirmation to proceed.

Service Scope
- This service is limited to the initial setup of the purchased website template on GitHub, Netlify, and the configuration of a custom domain.
- Any additional customization, troubleshooting, or maintenance is not included.

Account Access
- You must provide access to your GitHub, Netlify, and domain provider accounts for the duration of the setup process.
- Access should be revoked after the setup is completed.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- You must be available via WhatsApp to provide 2FA codes during the setup.
- Failure to provide codes in a timely manner may result in delays.

Payment
- Payment must be made in full before the setup process begins.
- The service fee is non-refundable once the setup has started.

Timeline
- The setup will be completed within 24-48 hours from the time of payment confirmation.
- Delays caused by account access issues or unavailability of 2FA codes are not the responsibility of the service provider.

Post-Setup Security
- You are required to change your GitHub, Netlify, and domain provider passwords immediately after the setup is completed.
- The service provider is not responsible for any security issues arising from failure to update passwords.

Liability
- The service provider is not responsible for any issues with third-party platforms (GitHub, Netlify, domain providers) during or after the setup process.
- By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that the service provider’s role is limited to the tasks explicitly stated.

Communication
- All communication regarding the setup will take place via WhatsApp.
- The service provider will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of response from the customer.

Order Verification
- You must provide a valid Etsy Order Number when booking this service.
- Orders without valid Etsy Order Numbers will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy
- The service can be canceled and refunded prior to the start of the setup process.
- Once the setup has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
